Our business vision – the 4 Ts
At Stylus, we firmly believe that our vision is the continually driving force behind our growth. Our desire was, and still is, to build an institution with a strong inclination to being driven by values and one that would outlast our lives.

Our business vision is well divided into the 4 Ts that seem to have provided us the true clarity of vision.
T1 – We believe that the Internet has created a new level playing field. We seek to transform our customers by helping them use the principles of the Internet to effectively fulfill their business dreams.
T2 – We seek to transform ourselves by giving everyone in our team an environment where one can try and realize one's true potential.
T3 – We seek to transform our shareholders, by amply rewarding them for the trust that they have placed in us, in the form of their investments.
T4 – We seek to transform our society by using our skills and resources to set people free from poverty, fear and anything else that holds them back from becoming everything that they ought to become. In short, we seek to transform people, all of them, for the greater glory of God.
For us at Stylus, taking on a project is very similar to taking on the mantle of the stewardship of the project with you in the director’s seat. As stewards of your project, it is our common practise to consider ourselves successful not when we deliver your final product, but only when the product meets your business objectives at a satisfactory level.
It is at this point of understanding the greater purpose of carrying out our duties as faithful stewards that we were ablt to derive our set of values from a single source - the quality of stewardship.
Our 6 Core Values
If there is anything at Stylus, that has been accorded top priority throughout the life span of the company, it has been the strict observance of these six values and the attempt to implement them in our work, professional approach and our lives in general.
Integrity – Absolute Integrity and Honesty; that's how we must deal with our clients, each other and with the world.
Candor – Be open and upfront in all our conversations. Keep clients updated on the real situation. Deal with situations early and avoid last minute surprises.
Service – Seek to empower and enable our clients. Consider ourselves successful not when we deliver our client’s final product but only when the product is launched and meets success.
Kindness – Go the extra mile. Speak the truth with grace. Deliver more than what is expected or promised.
Competence – Benchmark with the best in the business. Try suggesting and accomplishing new and better things. Never rest on laurels. Move out of comfort zones. Seek to know more, constantly.
Growth – Success is a journey, not a destination. Seek to multiply/increase what we have - wealth, skills, influence, and our client’s business.
