Medical Billing
This module acts as a medical billing software and performs billing operations. With this, users can

• Capture the charges and prepare claims. The EMR personalizes the electronic claim keeping in tune with different regulations and practices of the insurance providers from state to state.
  
• Electronic super-bill where in the data captured in super bill is translated into charge entry
  
• Supports batch claims.
  
• Charge Capture with CPT - ICD - 9 Code mapping
  
• The system preprocess all prepared claims to rectify erraneous data

Capability to scan existing charts, maintain charts, create new charts and an easy to use workflow to process charts depending on various scenarios and individual practices.
Tracks information like Previsit Info, Problem List, Health Maintenance Records, Vital Signs, Medication list.
Charting also supports a tablet PC interface, conveniently replacing the manual chart usability experience of a physician.

Archiving
This module allows moving the current Active/In Active charts to an Archive database, enhancing the performance of the System and ensuring a truly paperless practice.

The data and history based on HIPAA guidelines used less frequently will be archived and the frequency of data moving to the archive database can be configured.

Messaging
This module allows various users of the system to communicate through messages within the EMR system. Also allows 'alerts' to notify users about any critical information.

Drug Interaction
This module allows integration to standard drug interaction databases through web services and hence updates the database of drugs used by pharmacies.

Fax/Scanner Integration
To ensure a paper less office, the system integrates the fax server to provide a seamless interface that sends, receives and organizes faxes in the database.

DICOM images
This module provides a DICOM standard for management of images related to the patient's lab orders, in line with the requirements of the Radiology practice.

Reports

• System Reports shall display set of default reports
  
• Reports can be configured and customized depending on the access levels of the user
  
• This module shall display any data as per the selection and access levels of the user

• Create and delete users
  
• Create and delete groups
  
• Create rank list where the users can be arranged in different levels. This is required when routing an order/task from one user to another
