While we constantly strive to learn and apply tried and tested models to all our processes, it is also true that our own experience has contributed to alterations and improvements. For example, the ADDIE model is popularly used for instructional design. However, we use a modified ADDIE model, which has evolved over years of working on projects.

E-learning Development Process
The Instructional Design process at Stylus is broadly based on the well known ADDIE model of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.

Though the ADDIE model provides an excellent framework to address Instructional Design. We have further built on this framework, detailed it out and have evolved a process that is tailored to cater to the real world, e-learning requirements.
