Instructional Designers Profile
Priya Williams – Priya has 8 years of experience in Multimedia, Web Development and E-learning. She has worked on designing and developing e-learning solutions for World Vision and NBO (National Bank of Oman). She has also worked on CBTs (on the History of Air Defense and Air Reconnaissance) and an edutainment CD for young children.

Apart from E-learning she has also worked on more than 100 websites and on CD titles (Indian Wildlife and Indian tourism destinations).

Kau Poh Moi - Kau Poh Moi has 24 years experience in engineering organizational learning solutions. Ms Kau’s objective is to help individuals in the workforce to reach their service potential through the creative use of technology and psychology, and in building effective learning environments for maximum transfer of skills.

She has a strong grounding in Human Resource Development as well as Development of Instructional Media. Her background predisposes her to effectively integrate the organization’s needs with the learners’ needs and craft creative solutions through the innovative use of technology and media.

Her vast knowledge pool includes Adult Learning Psychology; Instructional Design (ID) process; Instructional Media production: including Multimedia -Based Learning (CBTs), Video-based and Online Learning; Project Management; and Organizational Development and Change Management. She has worked with print media, mediated instruction, and has wide exposure to various types of industries: Civil Service, Military, Non-Profit Organizations, MNCs, Oil and Gas, Banking, Management Consultancies, Educational Institutions and IT organizations.

She is conversant with tools used for training needs analysis (TNA), task and competencies analysis, storyboarding, authoring, testing and evaluation of the ID process as well as with the prescriptive use of media for instruction and most management systems for delivering and managing learning.

Kau Poh Moi is the CEO of alacarteLEARNING which Stylus has partnered with to provide expertise in Instructional design. alacarteLEARNING has successfully executed a large number of e-learning solutions for global clients.

User Interface Designers
The user interface team at Stylus creates the interface elements of the project – HTML interfaces, graphics and flash elements. The UI designers are also responsible for ensuring the usability of the solution. They have 2 to 5 years of experience in UI development.

Software Developers
The development team at Stylus comprises of Software Engineers with 2 to 6 years of experience. This team forms an integral part of the entire project effort. They specify, create, modify, maintain and test significant software components that are part of the larger project. They are responsible for the code, functional validity and quality of subcomponents. They ensure adherence to design and code to defined standards and processes. They also document technical aspects & changes to code.

Project Managers
Our experienced and outstanding Project Managers play a key role in the successful development and implementation of projects. They lead and perform comprehensive process, planning and execution tasks within appropriate schedules, tasks, and quality guidelines. They work towards improving the profitability of projects, and provide delivery management for the project. Project managers at Stylus serve as the single contact point for projects in execution and take responsibility for customer expectation management, resource allocation, technical documentation, configuration management, review of test cases from quality engineers and ensure cross-project architectural consistency/adherence to standards. They bring about improvements in the process & execution by collecting the right metrics of quality and follow the SDLC. They also play the role of mentors providing leadership to the development team at Stylus. The project mangers are engineers with 4 to 10 years experience in project execution and management.

Testers
Quality Engineers at Stylus ensure high quality at every stage of the project. They define the testing strategy, plan and process for the projects in consultation with the Quality Control Lead. They verify and validate the project to meet requirements, report & analyze the results of such verification and validation and use manual & automated techniques for performing the tests keeping with the quality standards and guidelines. The testers have an average experience of 2 to 5 years in software development and testing.
