As the first batch of trainees at Primer is put through the paces, no two days are the same for them. Each day our fledgling team takes on new challenges and crosses fresh barriers. And dealing with the days deadlines and deliverables, they also spend quiet moments reflecting on new learnings of that day and sharing each of their 'aha' moments. The Primer Workshop has been an incredible journey. It exceeded all my expectations and created an all round holistic learning experience. While I came in to learn the theory and practice of simply instructional design, the Primer Workshop covered that and a whole lot more, ranging from Project Management, Client Management, creating Rigor and Intensity at a workspace.
